After a highly successful sales career, Jason stepped into the role of Branch Manager for the Birkenhead and Smales Farm offices.

Having worked in Real Estate since 2009 in the local North Shore markets, Jason personally helped over 800 families achieve their real estate goals through multiple market conditions while selling, and has been the supervising Branch Manager for over 1500 successful property transactions.

Jason is a passionate investor and utilises his skill sets in his own life with renovating and adding value to properties. One of Jasons core value is to help his team with wealth creation, helping them to achieve financial freedom.

With a proven record of success in sales combined with Interior Design, Online Marketing expertise and his proven coaching skillset, Jason is well positioned to assist his salespeople to rapidly grow their business with proven and replicable systems, aiding them to deliver superior service to their clients.

With our teams of over 500, and our dedicated community support team, we help to facilitate over 450 community events each year – everything from beach swim and run series, sports clubs of all codes and charities such as breast cancer, woman’s refuge and gumboot Friday.  

In the last 8 years we have aided in raising over $8,000,000 for a variety of groups and charities on the North Shore.
