When you are in the planning stage of your kitchen renovation, or looking at preparing your property to sell, it is a worthwhile option to look at modernising your kitchen with a new granite benchtop.
At the moment granite is the latest and greatest, however the cost of replacing the benchtop with granite can sometimes put people off. There is now an option that you can have a composite granite overlay put over the top of the existing benchtop. It’s done in 2 days and is only slightly more than a formica benchtop, so very affordable.
It can also be used in other areas of the house, like your bathroom for example.
