You may need to engage other services as well depending on the property i.e. Geo-Tech report, surveyors report, engineer report, etc. These costs can vary greatly depending on the job and the property. You would need to check these with the specialist prior to making an offer.

There may be fees relating to your mortgage i.e. Low Equity Protection but these will depend on your individual circumstances and your mortgage broker will be able to advise you on this.

In the current climate many banks are offering a cash payment of up to $2,000 when you take out your mortgage, this is to help you towards paying your purchase related costs above. Again your mortgage broker will secure this for you and be able to advise what is available at the time in the market place.

Note: These costs are indicative only and given as a guideline. Please check with your providers that you are using to obtain accurate costs.
